Article 1 (Personal Information)
“Personal Information” refers to the “personal information” as defined by the Personal Information Protection Law, which includes information related to a living individual that can identify a specific individual based on details such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, contact details, and other descriptions. It also includes data such as facial features, fingerprints, and voiceprints, as well as insurance card numbers and other information that can identify an individual when used alone (Personally Identifiable Information).
Article 2 (Methods of Collecting Personal Information)
Our company may ask users to provide personal information, such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, bank account number, credit card number, and driver’s license number when registering for our services. Additionally, we may collect transaction records and payment-related information that include users’ personal information from our business partners (including information providers, advertisers, ad distributors, etc.; hereinafter referred to as “Partners”).
Article 3 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information)
Our company collects and uses personal information for the following purposes:

Article 4 (Changes in Purpose of Use)
Our company may change the purpose of use of personal information only if it is reasonably recognized as related to the original purpose. In case of changes, we will notify users through our prescribed method or publicly announce it on this website.
Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
Our company will not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent from the user, except in the following cases and when permitted by the Personal Information Protection Law and other applicable laws:
- When it is necessary to protect human life, body, or property and obtaining consent from the individual is difficult.
- When it is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the healthy development of children, and obtaining consent from the individual is difficult.
- When it is necessary to cooperate with a government agency, local authority, or an entity entrusted by them in carrying out legally prescribed duties, and obtaining consent from the individual may hinder the execution of such duties.
- When the following information has been notified or publicly announced in advance, and our company has reported it to the Personal Information Protection Commission:
- Inclusion of third-party provision in the purpose of use
- Data items provided to third parties
- Methods or means of third-party provision
- A mechanism that allows users to request a halt in third-party provision of their personal information
- Method of receiving such requests from users
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the following cases are not considered third-party provision:
- When our company outsources all or part of the handling of personal information within the necessary scope to achieve the purpose of use.
- When personal information is provided due to business succession through a merger or other reason.
- When personal information is jointly used with a specific party, and the user is notified in advance or can easily obtain information about the jointly used data, the scope of users, purpose of use, and the name or title of the party responsible for managing the personal information.
Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
When requested by a user, our company will promptly disclose their personal information. However, we may refuse to disclose all or part of the information if disclosure falls under any of the following cases. If we decide not to disclose the information, we will notify the user without delay. A processing fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged for disclosing personal information.
- If disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party.
- If disclosure may significantly hinder the proper execution of our business.
- If disclosure would violate other laws.
Notwithstanding the preceding provisions, we generally do not disclose information other than personal information, such as history and characteristic information.
Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
f a user finds that the personal information held by our company is incorrect, they may request a correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as “Correction, etc.”) by following our prescribed procedures.
If our company determines that it is necessary to comply with such a request, we will promptly make the necessary corrections.
If we make corrections or decide not to, we will notify the user without delay.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use, etc., of Personal Information)
If a user requests the suspension or deletion (hereinafter referred to as “Suspension, etc.”) of their personal information on the grounds that it has been handled beyond the scope of the intended purpose or has been acquired through improper means, we will promptly conduct the necessary investigation.
If we determine that it is necessary to comply with such a request, we will promptly carry out the Suspension, etc. of the relevant personal information.
If we conduct the Suspension, etc. or decide not to, we will notify the user without delay.
Notwithstanding the preceding paragraphs, if implementing the Suspension, etc. requires a large cost or is otherwise difficult, and if alternative measures can be taken to protect the user’s rights and interests, we will take those alternative measures instead.
Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
The contents of this policy may be changed without notifying users, except for matters otherwise specified in laws or this policy.
Unless otherwise specified by our company, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
